Responsibilities

Outbound Calling & Lead Engagement

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce property listings and services.

Present property features, benefits, and available offers clearly and confidently.

Lead Qualification & Needs Analysis

Understand client requirements, budget, preferred locations, and property types.

Qualify leads based on interest level, buying capability, and decision timelines.

Appointment Scheduling & Coordination
-
Schedule property viewing appointments for the sales team.

Coordinate with internal sales agents to ensure smooth follow-up and property tours.

Customer Database Management
-
Maintain and update client records, contact history, property preferences, and enquiry status in the CRM/system.

Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions and follow-ups.

Handling Objections & Supporting Negotiations
-
Address customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.

Provide appropriate solutions and support the sales team during the negotiation process.

After-Sales Support & Relationship Management
-
Assist clients after the sale with documentation-related queries and general support.

Ensure a positive customer experience that encourages referrals and repeat business.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Prepare regular reports on call volumes, appointments booked, conversions, and pipeline status.

Share feedback from customers and market interactions with management to improve processes.

Requirements
-
Preferably Filipino nationals currently based in the UAE.
-
Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or call center roles (real estate experience is an advantage).

Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and working with monthly targets.
-
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or customer databases.

Positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong desire to grow in the real estate industry.
