Position Overview
Ultimate HR Solutions (UHRS) is seeking a highly experienced SAP EC Payroll Project Manager to oversee the full-cycle implementation of SAP EC Payroll. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in payroll processes, strong project management capabilities, and a successful history of delivering complex HRIS and payroll transformation projects within multinational or regional organizations.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage stakeholders, ensure compliance, oversee integrations, and drive the project to successful go-live.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end SAP EC Payroll implementation — from design and blueprinting to testing, deployment, and go-live.

Coordinate with stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and third-party vendors to ensure aligned project execution.

Oversee data migration, integrations, and system configuration to ensure accurate payroll processing.

Drive project timelines, deliverables, and governance processes using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.

Ensure compliance with organizational, legal, and regional payroll standards.

Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, reporting updates to senior leadership.

Conduct end-user training and guide teams on SAP EC Payroll best practices.
Requirements

SAP EC Payroll Certification – Mandatory

Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience delivering SAP EC Payroll implementations.

Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and country-specific rules (Middle East experience preferred).

Proven project management experience using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Experience in multinational and/or Middle Eastern organizations is an advantage.

PMP Certification is a plus.

Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to join on short notice preferred.
