Position Overview
A leading real estate developer in Dubai is looking for dynamic and driven Sales Consultants to join their in-house sales team. This is a direct sales role based in the developer’s office, dealing with hot leads and walk-in buyers — no external client searching required.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage walk-in buyers and direct inquiries at the developer’s office.

Conduct professional property presentations and consultations based on client needs and budgets.

Explain project details, payment plans, layouts, and key selling points clearly and convincingly.

Build trust and rapport with clients to guide them through the full sales cycle.

Handle objections and negotiations to achieve successful deal closures.
-
Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and messaging to convert leads into sales.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and deals.

Coordinate with internal departments (admin, contracts, finance) to complete the sales process.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Represent the developer professionally and uphold the brand’s image at all times.
Requirements

Proven sales experience (real estate / developer sales experience is an advantage).

Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.

Ability to close deals and work in a target-driven environment.

Confident, presentable, and professional demeanor.
