Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager – Direct Sales (Real Estate) to join a fast-growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is a strong closer, relationship builder, and communicator who can confidently deal with international clients and manage a direct sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Drive direct sales strategies to convert high-intent leads into successful closings.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.

  • Manage and grow a direct sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and conversions.

  • Represent the company and its premium real estate projects with professionalism and confidence.

  • Conduct property presentations, meetings, and negotiations with local and international clients.

  • Collaborate closely with the internal sales, marketing, and leadership teams to meet revenue targets.

  • Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Dubai market.

  • Fluency in any European language is mandatory (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, etc.).

  • Proven track record in direct sales, deal closing, and relationship management.

  • Strong networking and client engagement skills, especially with international clients.

  • Confident, presentable, and able to communicate clearly and persuasively.

  • Highly driven, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
