🧾 Job Overview
TTP Middle East is looking for a proactive and organized Assistant HR & Operations professional to join our UAE team. This role is vital in supporting HR processes, administrative operations, and overall organizational coordination. It provides exposure to end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination, making it an ideal entry point for career growth in HR and operations management.
The Assistant HR & Operations will collaborate with HR managers and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of processes and compliance with organizational policies. This role fosters professional development in HR systems, office management, and coordination practices, equipping candidates with practical skills for a long-term career in human resources and operations.
Training opportunities and upskilling in MS Office, HR management systems, and organizational processes are available, supporting continuous professional growth for both freshers and experienced candidates.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes
Assist in daily HR and operations activities
Coordinate office schedules, meetings, and internal communications
Maintain HR and operational records accurately
Help implement HR policies, workflows, and process improvements
Support administrative and operational projects as required
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (freshers welcome)
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
UAE-based and immediately available preferred
💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated): AED 45,000 – 60,000 per year (based on Assistant HR & Operations roles in UAE for entry-level to 1–2 years’ experience)
Compensation Type: Annual
