Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling & Lead Engagement

    • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce property listings and services.

    • Present property features, benefits, and available offers clearly and confidently.

  • Lead Qualification & Needs Analysis

    • Understand client requirements, budget, preferred locations, and property types.

    • Qualify leads based on interest level, buying capability, and decision timelines.

  • Appointment Scheduling & Coordination

    • Schedule property viewing appointments for the sales team.

    • Coordinate with internal sales agents to ensure smooth follow-up and property tours.

  • Customer Database Management

    • Maintain and update client records, contact history, property preferences, and enquiry status in the CRM/system.

    • Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions and follow-ups.

  • Handling Objections & Supporting Negotiations

    • Address customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.

    • Provide appropriate solutions and support the sales team during the negotiation process.

  • After-Sales Support & Relationship Management

    • Assist clients after the sale with documentation-related queries and general support.

    • Ensure a positive customer experience that encourages referrals and repeat business.

  • Reporting & Performance Tracking

    • Prepare regular reports on call volumes, appointments booked, conversions, and pipeline status.

    • Share feedback from customers and market interactions with management to improve processes.


Requirements

  • Preferably Filipino nationals currently based in the UAE.

  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or call center roles (real estate experience is an advantage).

  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and working with monthly targets.

  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or customer databases.

  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong desire to grow in the real estate industry.
