Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced FircoSoft Developer / SME to support, maintain, and enhance the FircoSoft Suite (Continuity, Trust, FSK) for customer and payment screening across multiple countries.
The ideal candidate will bring strong AML/KYC/Sanctions screening experience, robust technical skills in databases and scripting, and solid background in IT or financial services, particularly in the banking domain.
Responsibilities

Manage BAU (Business-as-Usual) activities for the FircoSoft Suite, ensuring stable and efficient system performance.

Handle system upgrades, patches, and enhancements for Firco Continuity, Trust, FSK, and related components.

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes.

Configure and optimize FircoSoft rules, filters, and workflows to improve screening efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure all changes and configurations comply with internal governance, risk, and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with vendors, internal IT teams, compliance, and operations to support business requirements.

Participate in integration projects and ensure smooth connectivity with core banking, payment, and customer systems.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and support guides.
Key Skills & Requirements

7–10 years of experience in IT or financial services, preferably in the banking domain.

Strong hands-on experience with the FircoSoft Suite (Continuity, Trust, FSK) for customer and payment screening.

Good working knowledge of:

Oracle, MS SQL, SQL/PLSQL

Unix/Linux shell scripting and Windows batch scripting

Experience in AML/KYC/Sanctions screening and understanding of compliance workflows.

Proven experience in system integration within financial or banking environments.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
