• Provide general IT support and troubleshooting for end users

• Manage and maintain office networks, servers, and IT security measures

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or VMware) preferred

• Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or systems administration

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Familiarity with virtualized environments, server management, and security protocols

Average Market Salary (Estimated): AED 120,000 – 160,000 per year (based on IT Engineer roles in Dubai with 2–5 years of experience)
