Al Jic is seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to join our Dubai office and support daily IT operations. This role is essential for ensuring seamless IT infrastructure, from managing network systems and endpoints to providing user support and maintaining enterprise applications. The position offers hands-on exposure to a broad range of IT technologies, enhancing technical proficiency and operational impact within the organization.

The IT Support Engineer will contribute to network administration, cloud services, endpoint management, and cybersecurity measures. By providing prompt and efficient IT support, the role directly influences productivity and operational continuity across departments.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for Windows environments and IT endpoints

• Administer Active Directory, M365, ERP systems, and cloud platforms

• Manage network infrastructure, including FortiGate firewalls and networking devices

• Support IT security and endpoint management processes

• Maintain website and FTP content management systems

• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues efficiently

• Collaborate with teams to implement IT best practices and improvements

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• 1–4 years of experience in IT support or network administration

• Relevant certifications (MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent) preferred

• Strong knowledge of networking principles and Windows environments

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, ERP systems, and IT security

• Familiarity with Active Directory, M365, and FortiGate firewalls

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
