Venco Imtiaz Contracting Co LLC is hiring experienced IT professionals for IT Support Engineer and Service Desk Team Lead positions to support their growing UAE workforce. These roles are critical for ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient IT operations across all business units.
The IT Support Engineer role focuses on providing 1st and 2nd level technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and maintaining enterprise IT assets. The Service Desk Team Lead role adds a leadership dimension—managing a team of support technicians, ensuring SLA compliance, and driving operational excellence. 🛠 Key Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for desktops, laptops, software applications, and network issues
Lead and supervise the Service Desk team, ensuring timely resolution of tickets within SLAs
Manage IT assets including workstations, servers, mobile devices, and software licenses
Implement, monitor, and maintain IT security protocols to protect company data and systems
Support onboarding and offboarding of employees, managing access controls and permissions
Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
Collaborate with other IT and business teams to optimize infrastructure and service delivery
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
🎓 Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
💼 Experience
3–7 years of IT support experience
Leadership experience required for the Service Desk Team Lead role
💻 Technical Skills
Proficiency in Windows Server, Office 365, and networking fundamentals
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with IT asset management and endpoint security
Knowledge of ITIL processes and service desk best practices
📜 Certifications (Highly Preferred)
ITIL Foundation
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
Microsoft Certifications (MCSA, MS-100/200 series)
