Diamond Lease is seeking a results-oriented Rental Agent to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role is pivotal in driving car rental sales while providing exceptional customer service to clients. The position offers hands-on experience in the car rental industry, from client engagement and booking management to sales administration and post-rental support.

The Rental Agent will interact directly with customers, helping them select rental options that meet their needs and ensuring a seamless rental experience. Strong communication and professional presentation are essential to maintaining high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Assist clients in selecting suitable car rental options

• Minimum 2 years of experience in car rental sales or related customer-facing roles
